FAQ's:
Who will be in attendance at the conference?
Typically the make up of the attendees consists of Analysts,
Attorneys, Accountants, Advisors, Bankers, Investors, Turnaround
Managers, and Consultants.
What is the deadline to register?
There is no deadline, although we prefer that you register
at least two weeks in advance so that
materials and preparations can be made.
Can I sign up to attend just one or two sessions?
No. Under certain circumstances, we may offer a half day

Do the conference registration fees include the
luncheon and the cocktail reception?
Yes.
Do I need to make my own room reservations with the
hotel?
Yes. To make reservations, please call 020 7734 8000 and
ask for Group Reservations. Please quote the following
reference when booking: Renaissance American Management –

Are CPD credits available?
We are not approved by The Law Society as an External CPD
Course Provider, however the conference should qualify for
75% allocation available to UK professionals for conferences
not pre-approved by the Law Society. Give us a business card
at the conference, and we will send you a certificate of
attendance.
Are CLE credits available?
Yes, we apply for CLE credit from both Pennsylvania and Ohio
which have reciprocity with most states. Give us a business
card at the conference, and we will send you a certificate
of attendance as well as copies of the approval letters from
both OH and PA for you to send to your state's CLE board.
Are CPE credits available?
We are not a certified CPE credit provider. We can, however,
send you a certificate of attendance for you to send to your
CPE board.
What is the suggested dress?
Business casual.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations for the Distressed Investing - Europe
conference will be subject to a £200.00, €295.00, or $340.00
US administration fee. In order to receive a prompt refund,
your notice of cancellation must be received in writing (by
letter, fax, or email) fifteen (15) business days prior to
the conference. We regret that refunds will not be issued
after April 24, 2008. The registration may be transferred to
another member of your firm for this or any future
Renaissance American Management, Inc. conference within 13
months. If you plan to send a substitute in your place,
please notify us as soon as possible so that materials and
preparations can be made. In the unlikely event of a
conference cancellation, Renaissance American Management,
Inc. and Beard Group assume no liability for non-refundable
transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional
costs incurred by registrants.
